Teach Kids Bible Characters
This set of flashcards was intentionally created to teach my own children about the characters of the Bible and important words they need to know.
I used my very own hand-illustrated lines to make the picture on each card, my Master's degree in Youth Work and Practical Theology to inform the Biblical pages, and ten years of experience teaching kids about Jesus to know what's most important to include.
With the cards is a short 2-page document giving a short description of how each card fits into God's Big Story. Here's a post explaining each flashcard's character and what makes them unique.
What age would enjoy this?
Suitable for ages 0+. Young kids will enjoy the pictures and learning the epic tales from the Bible. Older kids can try to memorize the cards and ask questions to turn it into a game. It could even make a fun family games night activity - even Mom and Dad will struggle with remembering names like Xerxes and Yohanan!
P.S. This website has loads of free Bible lessons on some of these characters, like Moses, David and Goliath, Jonah, etc.

Important note: Most of the cards have Bible characters on them, but some letters that don't have such major characters, describe other Biblical concepts instead. These are, G = God. I = Israel. K = Kings. S = Spirit. W = Worship.

COLOR / BLACK AND WHITE: Full and vibrant colors! These flashcards were hand-illustrated by me using a digital pen and some simple lines and shapes for a clean look. I used colors like light blue, golden yellow, green, and brown to bring the pictures to life.
