Welcome to Vine,
a growing collection of discipleship resources for kids. Vine Creative Studio is based on the passage in John 15 where Jesus invites believers to abide in Him. The Bible studies, lessons, and blog posts shared here all serve the purpose of drawing you closer to God & assisting you as you point little ones to Him.

This website is hosted by one person - me (Eljoh).  In every piece I create, I'm weaving with a few threads:

​

1. My personal life-long discipleship to Jesus and ever-growing faith through life's seasons.

2. A Master's degree in Practical Theology with a specialization in Youth Work.

3. Years in Sunday school, youth, and adult ministry as well as working for a church.

4. Most recently: My work as a Christian writer and editor for believers internationally.

These are the life-experiences and testimonies that inform and support the written and creative projects shared here - both those that are free and those in my curated shop. 

​

I'm writing to you from my home in the Swartland wine region of South Africa, probably looking out at my garden and the vines beyond, and definitely sipping on a cup of coffee. My prayer is that these resources become encounter tools connecting young hearts with Jesus.

 

        May you find space here to pause, reflect, and abide.
